History

A building resembling The Hove Dairy can be seen on old OS maps dating back to 1795.

Confirmation of the original layout of The Hove Dairy was first identified in the 1870s, known then as Hill Barn. Seen here with an extra arm in the middle of the courtyard - a nod to which can be seen on our new plans for the site.

By 1911 Hill Barn was part of Preston Farm.
